The travel arrangement has become easier between India and France, US and the others. The air bubble system which had been initiated by the UK is now being utilized by India too. India is now going to initiate their travel arrangements with UK, UAE, France, US and Germany.
Through this arrangement, said Indian civil aviation minister Hardeep Singh Puri that, “Under this arrangement, airlines from concerned countries will be able to operate flights from and to India, along with Indian carriers.”
This is being used as an ‘interim measure’ until pre-Covid-19 levels of travel can be restored. The flights operated on these travel corridors “will carry as many people as possible but under defined conditions”, adds the aviation minister, “because many countries are still imposing entry restrictions”.
