Film Mafia Buy Fake Bulk Tickets, Manipulate Collections: Kangana Ranaut
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has accused the “film mafia” of engaging in dishonest practices related to box office collections.
She claimed that they buy fake bulk tickets and manipulate the box office figures to make their films appear more successful than they actually are.
Kangana also expressed concern over the film mafia spying on her and using personal information for exploitation. She urged the CyberCrime authorities to take action against these practices.
Certain people from the Bollywood film industry are engaged in criminal activities to inflate the success of their movies and harm others’ careers.
Queen actress Kangana Ranaut has been publicly criticizing filmmaker Karan Johar ever since she accused him of nepotism on national television.
Kangana Ranaut continues to take aim at Karan Johar and his film, accusing him of manipulating perceptions and using his influence to promote his projects and stars.
Recently, after the release of Karan Johar’s movie “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” Kangana Ranaut once again took potshots at him.
She shared an old interview of Karan where he can be heard saying that the stars’ chart is ready even before a movie hits the theaters.
Kangana argued that critics’ ratings should establish the authentic worth of a product, not for Karan Johar to put a price tag on stars and buy them for his films.
Kangana also expressed her frustration about struggling to get unbiased reviews, claiming that the media fears Karan might ban them.
She pointed out that while people like her have to start from scratch and put their own houses on mortgage to direct a moderate-budget film, Karan enjoys the privilege of having an empire gifted by his father.
Moreover, Kangana criticized Karan’s movie “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” calling it a “daily soap with saas bahu ka rona” (a TV soap with melodramatic family conflicts).
