A party official claimed that Rahul Gandhi, who was heading the yatra, stopped the march in the middle and hurried to the hospital where the venerable Congressman had been brought. Later today, he’ll probably meet Mr. Chaudhary’s family at their Jalandhar house.
Mr. Chaudhary may be seen walking beside Mr. Gandhi and other party members in a photo collage that Mr. Gandhi later published from today’s yatra.
