Bollywood Director Tahira Kashyap Diagnosed With Breast Cancer Again in 2025
Today when the world is celebrating World Health Day, utilizing this day to raise awareness about health and serious but silent issues is heartbreaking news that came from Bollywood. Writer-director Tahira Kashyap who is the wife of actor Ayushmann Khurrana has shared some emotional news — she has been diagnosed with breast cancer again.
Tahira was first diagnosed in 2018, and now, she’s preparing to fight the disease once more. In her powerful Instagram post, she called it “Round 2 for me…” but added with confidence, “I still got this.”
She encouraged everyone to go for regular mammograms, saying early detection makes a big difference. Staying strong and upbeat, Tahira added a touch of humour:
“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade… When life becomes too generous and throws them again at you, you squeeze them into your favourite kala khatta and sip it calmly!”.
She ended her message with a reminder to take care of our health, especially on World Health Day. Her courage, honesty, and positivity are inspiring many across the country.
