Ayodhya To Get ₹15,000 Crore Projects During Ram Lalla Temple Consecration
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Ayodhya tomorrow. This visit is special because of the Ram Lalla Temple consecration ceremony. During his visit, he will start many big projects in Ayodhya, worth Rs 15,000 crore.
These include a new airport, an improved railway station, better highways, and double railway lines. Also, four important roads will be opened.
One big highlight is the Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station’s inauguration. This station cost more than Rs 240 crore to build. It has modern features like elevators, escalators, places to eat, and rooms for children. The station is also environmentally friendly.
At around 11:15 AM, PM Modi will start the Amrit Bharat trains. These are new superfast trains with better seats, luggage space, mobile charging, LED lights, CCTV, and public information systems. They are designed to give a better travel experience.
PM Modi will also open the new Ayodhya Airport. He will attend a public event and announce more development projects. These projects, worth Rs 15,700 crore, aim to make Ayodhya and Uttar Pradesh more modern while keeping their rich history.
The trade body Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) expects that the opening of the Shri Ram Temple on January 22 will create a lot of business, around Rs 50,000 crore.
People are excited and will buy many things related to Shri Ram Temple. Traders are ready with items like special cloth garlands, lockets, key chains, pictures of Ram Darbar, models of the Ram Temple, and more.
There is also a lot of demand for Ram Temple models made from different materials. Many women and local artists are getting work from this. The temple’s opening is also expected to increase demand for earthen lamps, colors for rangoli, flowers, and electrical items for Diwali celebrations on January 22.
Ajay Pratap Singh, head of the Sri Ram Research Centre, said Ayodhya will become the biggest international site for Hindutva. He talked about how the city, once neglected, is now transforming into a major city.

The consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple will be a seven-day event, starting January 16. It includes many traditional rituals and will end on January 22 with the deity of Ram Lalla being placed in the temple.
