Apple iPhone 15 May Feature 48MP Camera Like iPhone 14 Pro, Pro Max
As per iPhone 15 Leaks by MacRumors Jeff Pu, Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus to reportedly have 48MP camera as iPhone 14 Pro & Pro Max had.
According to reports, the most recent iPhone 15 series will be released by the US tech giant Apple in September 2023.
According to a recent leak before the official announcement, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models would have a 48-megapixel rear camera lens.
The new 48-megapixel lens on both models will employ a three-stacked sensor, according to a report from MacRumors by Hong Kong-based financial institution Haitong International Securities’ analyst Jeff Pu. This sensor can collect more light for better image quality.
The stacked sensor is most likely experiencing yield challenges, according to Pu, who also thinks that manufacturing delays for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus may result from recent supply chain checks. But as of right now, the article added, the devices are still scheduled to go on sale in September.
The 48MP camera lens was initially made available by Apple on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max last year.
Users may take 48-megapixel ProRAW photographs with the lens, which preserve greater levels of detail in the image file and offer additional editing options.
Pu was the first to note that the iPhone 15 Pro versions wouldn’t have solid-state buttons anymore because of “design issues.”
He still anticipates the iPhone 15 Pro models to include a titanium frame, an improved A17 Bionic CPU, additional RAM (8GB), and other features. He also reaffirmed that a USB-C connection will be present on each of the four iPhone 15 versions.
More details about the features and characteristics of the iPhone 15 series handsets are anticipated to become available as the launch date draws near.
Apple’s Bionic A16 chipset, which debuted in the iPhone 14 Pro versions last year, is anticipated to be included in the next iPhone 15.
The new approach is to provide the most recent chipset in Pro models while providing an older chipset in regular ones.

According to a different source, the iPhone manufacturer will collaborate with the Tata Group to assemble the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in India. The Tata Group, after Foxconn, Pegatron, and Luxshare, will produce iPhones for Apple, according to TrendForce.
