Hyundai, one of the leading automotive manufacturers in the world is going to launch their Hyundai Creta Electric with two battery pack options.
- Exterior Design: Based on Hyundai’s Global Pixel Design of its electric cars which are pixelated graphic front-grille with charging port. New 17 inch Aero alloy wheels and it has active air flaps.
- Electric Technology: i-pedal technology, shift-by-wire system, vehicle-to-load technology and digital key system.
- Battery, Charge & Range: Two battery packs 51.4kWh and 42 kWh. It is a lithium-iron-phosphate battery. The single full range of 51.4kWh is 473 km and 42kWh is 390 km. With the 11kW wall-box AC home charger the 10%-100% of battery charge can be achieved in hours.
- Other Features: Panoramic sunroof, digital key, EPB, dual 10.25 inch screens, drive modes, ventilated front seats, and 360 degree camera
- Variants of Hyundai Creta Electric: Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence.
- Booking: The cost of booking this vehicle is reported as Rs.25,000 and expected to commence next month.
- Expected Price of Hyundai’s EV: Rs.18 lakhs(ex-showroom)

Hyundai’s Creta is the second best selling car in the year 2024 as per the reports given by the Forbes India with the unit sales of November 2024 – 15,452 and the Year-over-year change is recorded as 31%.
