A Tribute From Filmmakers To Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Vinod Bhanushali & Sandeep Singh are going to make a biopic film on former PM Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The film will be released on Vajpayee’s 99th birth anniversary.

Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji was an exemplary leader of India, famous poet, writer, former Prime Minister of India, excellent orator and humanitarian politician.

Vinod Bhanushali and Sandeep Singh have acquired the rights to India’s best selling book, ‘3 Time Prime Minister’, who was also the co-founder and senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The film ‘Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye – Atal’ which is a theatrical adaptation of Penguin Random House India’s best-selling book ‘The Untold Vajpayee: Politician and Paradox’ written by noted author Lehna N P.

Vinod Bhanushali and Sandeep Singh join hands to make a film on the epic life of the country’s most brilliant leader, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. 

Producer Vinod Bhanushali says,

Producer Sandeep Singh believes that 

“Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji was one of the greatest leaders in Indian history, who won the hearts of enemies with his words, led the nation positively and created the print of a progressive India. 

Being a filmmaker, I feel that cinema is the best medium to present such untold stories which will not only throw light on his political ideologies, but also his human and poetic aspects which he loved most.

The makers of the film will soon announce the actor and director of the film. The shooting of the film will start in early 2023, which will release on Christmas 2023, the 99th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. 

Presented by Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios, ‘Atal’ is being produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, Kamlesh Bhanushali and Vishal Gurnani, and is co-produced by Juhi Parekh Mehta, Zeeshan Ahmed and Shiv Sharma.
