Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal, the father of AAP announced his resignation. He said that he will return to office only after a verdict by people of India on the corruption allegations. Although Kejriwal is stepping down as the CM of Delhi but as per the expert opinion it is a temporary move.

The new Chief Minister is likely to serve for only a few months with assembly elections in Delhi expected in February next year.
