After the overwhelming success of the fantasy-action film Brahmastra, which launched last year, Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor has finally made his return to the silver screen. And in his latest addition, he was seen alongside prominent actor Shraddha Kapoor for the first time ever.

So if you are a fan of either of the protagonists or romantic comedies, you definitely should not miss Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. While the film made its theatrical release on March 8, targeting the Holi weekend, it is yet to make its online debut.

Also abbreviated as TJMM, the Hindi-language action-thriller has garnered worldwide attention since its release. Written by Rahul Mody along with Luv Ranjan and directed by Ranjan, the movie revolves around two characters who meet and fall in love with each other.

But it doesn’t resemble any typical direction. Once the girl realises that she is not ready to get married, she takes the help of a breakup consultancy to break up with the guy. Sounds chaotic? Well, it’s just the beginning as a major plot twist is yet to unfold.

Apart from Ranbir and Shraddha, TJMM also stars a number of other prominent actors, such as Dimple Kapadia, Hasleen Kaur, Boney Kapoor, and Anubhav Singh Bassi. The trailer has amassed millions of views and likes since its release on YouTube by T-Series.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar OTT Release

Netflix has bought the digital rights of TJMM. Therefore, if you want to watch the movie from the comfort of your home, you indeed require a subscription to the platform. Nevertheless, an official online release date hasn’t been revealed yet.

Still, according to the regular procedure, movies usually make their online debut 45 days after their release in the theatres. While the logic says the movie can reach the Netflix audience by the end of April, the 45-day period is still a temporary deadline and is susceptible to changes.
