Vivek Ramaswamy Drops Out of US Presidential Race, Endorses Trump

Vivek Ramaswamy, one of the most popular candidates in the Republican presidential race, has decided to stop his campaign. He was one of many trying to become the Republican nominee for the US President in 2024. After his decision, he has shown support for Donald Trump, who was the US President before.

Donald Trump is also running in this race and has recently won the first big event, the Iowa caucuses. This is an important early step in the race. 

In Iowa, people from the Republican party gather to decide whom they support. Winning here is a good sign for Trump because it’s the first test of how much support a candidate has.

Now, Vivek Ramaswamy, who was competing against Trump, has stepped back. This is a bit surprising because many thought he would continue longer. But after not doing well in Iowa, he decided it’s better to support Trump instead of continuing his own campaign.

Trump’s win in Iowa is notable because it shows he’s still very popular among Republicans. In 2016, he didn’t win in Iowa; he was second. This time, he’s done much better.
