The 2.37-minute clip, which the creators revealed on Wednesday, February 15, has been well received by the general public.

The epic conflict between a father and son is depicted in the video, along with some snarky banter. The well-known American television programme Ray Donovan has been adapted for the web in India.

The almost two-minute teaser presents Rana Naidu (Rana Daggubati) as a fixer for Mumbai’s elite, the person who handles the dirty business for the city’s wealthy class.

Despite having blood on his hands, he won’t go to sleep until he has finished his “clean up” tasks. But when Naga Naidu (Venkatesh), his father, is released from prison five years early and tries to reenter his life, everything changes drastically.

Rana and his father do not get together, and the trailer suggests that if his father were to return, it would be difficult for Rana to perform his duties. Despite his best efforts, Rana is unable to evade his father.

“Playing the role of Rana Naidu was very tough,” Rana, who plays a celebrity fixer in the movie, told Deadline.

He is a complex individual who has strong emotional ties to his family but also faces difficulties in his relationship with his father. Rana’s professional trajectory and what it asks of him are within all this turbulence.

Venkatesh Daggubati also recounted his story. “Playing the role of Naga is an altogether different experience for me,” he remarked.

Rana’s more intense attitude is in sharp contrast to his cheerful demeanor. This character has layers, charisma, and wit.

Rana Naidu also features Sushant Singh, Surveen Chawla, Abhishek Banerjee, Ashish Vidyarthi, Gaurav Chopra, and Rajesh Jais in crucial roles in addition to Rana and Venkatesh Daggubati.

The series, directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn S. Varma, will be available on Netflix starting on March 10 in editions that are also available in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
