The UAE had referred to Article 370, which granted Kashmir special status, as an internal matter of India in 2019, when India repealed it. Imran Khan, the prime minister of Pakistan, has stated that until Article 370 is reinstated in Jammu and Kashmir, no talks will take place with India.
