In May 2022, Twitter started testing Twitter Circle with a small group of users on iOS, Android, and the web. The feature is now being made available to everyone worldwide following a successful test run.

Twitter Circle is for users who wish to do away with the necessity for additional or backup accounts and want to feel more at ease to tweet & express their thoughts.

How Does Twitter Circle Work?

Users can decide which users to include in their Twitter Circle, and only those users will be able to see, respond to, and engage with the tweets that users share in the circle, according to the firm.

Under tweets published to the group, members of your Circle will notice a green badge.

They can still download and take screenshots of your tweets even though they can’t retweet anything you submit to it.
