Top Raiders in Pro Kabaddi League

Pro Kabaddi league is a joint initiative of Disney Star and Marshal Sports Pvt Ltd. The league started in 2014 and since its inception, it has revolutionised the game in many ways. It has a backing by Amatuer Kabaddi Federation of India, and supported by the International Kabaddi Federation (IKF) and the Asian Kabaddi Federation (AKF).

Marshal Sports is the organising company of the Pro Kabaddi League. It is owned by Anand Mahindra and Charu Sharma and was founded in order to make the game available to the Indian audience.

Teams;

There are 12 teams in the Pro Kabaddi League, 4 being recently added namely Haryana Steelers, Gujarat Giants, UP Yodhas, and Tamil Thalaiva. The other teams are Bengal Warriors, Bengaluru Bulls, U Mumba, Dabang Delhi, Jaipur Pink Panthers, Patna Pirates, Puneri Paltan, and Telugu Titans.

Top Raiders in the League;

According to season 10 standings and point collections, the top raiders are as follows,

Ashu Malik

One of the surprises of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 was Ashu Malik to top the raiders chart points. Taking over from Dabang Delhi’s star raider Naveen Kumar he went into creating a name for himself. He finished the season with 15 super 10s and 9 super raids along with a surprising 4 tackle points.

Arjun Deshwal

Although the star raider couldn’t make his team reach the final, Jaipur Pink Panthers raider Arjun Deshwal had a very good personal season. He finished joint highest scorer with Ashu Malik with a total tally of 276 raid points, 17 Super 10s, 7 super raids and 2 tackle points.

Pawan Sherawat

Telugu Titans finished at the bottom of the table but their raider Pawan Sherawat had an incredible season personally claiming 202 raid points, 13 Super 10s, one Super tackle, one high five, and 15 tackle points.

Maninder Singh

Coming at the 4th position, one of the most consistent performers of the league Maninder Singh has claimed a total of 1428 raid points overall amassing 197 points in raids in Season 10. He has 9 Super 10s and five Super raids to his name.

Narender

Playing for the Tamil Thalaivaas he scored a fantastic 243 raiding points in Season 9. Continuing his form he scored 186 points in Season 10. He scored 11 Super 10s and 4 Super raids in Season 10.
