1) RRR (₹550 Crore)

The lives of two outstanding independence fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, are the main subject of SS Rajamouli’s much-anticipated spectacular historical drama.

Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, and Olivia Morris star in the film. The multilingual film was released on January 26 with an estimated budget of Rs 550 crore.

2) 2.0 (₹400 Crore)

Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, and Amy Jackson star in the movie. The film was released around Diwali in 2023. This movie is estimated to cost 400 crores.

Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth’s make-up costs account for the majority of the film’s budget, hence it’s expensive.

3) Baahubali 2 (₹250 Crore)

Bahubali 2 was one of the most-awaited & highly adored movies in the entire Indian film industry. Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, and Tamannaah were among the cast members.

This was the sequel of Bahubali & got launched on 28th April, 2017. The budget was estimated to be around ₹250 Crore. However, it exceeded the budget and grossed ₹540 Crore worldwide.

4) KGF 2  (₹100 Crore)

KGF 2 was the sequel of KGF franchise of Kannada Megastar Yash. Rocky’s journey is chronicled in two parts of this fictional mob thriller. It also featured Sanjay Dutt as Adheera, the story’s villain.

The budget of KGF 2 is estimated to be ₹100 Crore. However it has grossed 736% revenue of its budget till date.

5) Kabali (₹100 Crore)

Another Rajinikanth film that has received a lot of love and acclaim. The budget was estimated to be around ₹100 crores.
