PhoneArena just released a revised & updated list of malicious Android apps that you should delete now. The list includes those that have been exposed by numerous security research teams as being involved in data and financial theft schemes.

However several of these dangerous apps have over 50,000 downloads worldwide and a 4.8 user rating. But do not fall for these statistics. They are high-risky mobile apps.

1. Document Manager

The “Document Manager” program was found to be hiding a harmful Trojan during an analysis by Cyble, a reputable cybersecurity company. 

The well-known Hydra malware, which has affected Android for years, is thought to have a new form, according to experts. 

Researchers have identified this thread as a “Hostile Downloader.” These are the apps that trick users into installing other apps by displaying phony update notifications, giving hackers access to personal data like passwords, banking information, contact details, SMS, and other logins.

2. 3D Camera To Plan

Your phone becomes infected with the GriftHorse Trojan infection due to 3D Camera Plan. It deceives individuals into unintentionally signing up for recurrent payments. 

It has the ability to defraud people of hundreds of dollars if left unchecked. More than 100 Android apps have been found to contain the Trojan.

These applications were accessible on a number of external platforms including the Google Play Store.

3. Intelligent Translator Pro

The 3D Camera to Plan app is comparable to Intelligent Translator Pro. Additionally, this software infects your smartphone with the GriftHorse Trojan, which gives you a free “reward” and requests your phone number in exchange for redirecting you to a different page. 

They then bill your operator rather than requesting your bank information. Thus, be aware while using such types of apps.

4. IMToken

Researchers from ESET Security found 40 copies of popular cryptocurrency wallet apps. These cryptocurrency wallets include harmful trojans that are made to steal all of your cryptocurrency holdings.

These malicious apps, which were accessible on both Android and iOS, guised as cryptocurrency wallets and had the ability to steal victims’ passcodes in order to access the wallet.

5. OneEmoji Keyboard

One such harmful app with thousands of downloads is the OneEmoji keyboard, which is still available on the Play Store. 

OneEmoji is suspected to contain the Trojan and the Joker malware, two of the most hazardous Android spyware. 

Smartphone users who have the Joker malware installed may unknowingly subscribe to premium services.
