The Taj, a famous brand owned by Indian Hotels Firm (IHCL), was named the World’s Strongest Hotel Brand 2022 by Brand Finance.

Indian Hotels Company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Puneet Chhatwal, stated,

Taj got a score of 88.9 out of 100 on the Brand Strength Index, earning a AAA grade for its exceptional customer service, staff happiness, and corporate reputation.

The Hotel 50 2022 study emphasizes the business’s effective strategy for overcoming pandemic-related difficulties and being relevant to customers’ needs. 

Taj also led the way in its initiatives to help the neighborhood, especially the healthcare industry.
