Swiggy Shahi Delivery: Swiggy Employee Rides Horse To Deliver Order

In the midst of heavy rains in Mumbai, a Swiggy delivery employee delivered his order in a unique way. His video went viral on the internet.

While Mumbai’s residents are being troubled by the rain and it is hurting company operations on a regular basis, a Swiggy worker has developed a distinctive delivery method.

He utilized a horse to transport food parcels because the city’s roadways were under water from the city’s nonstop rain.

As a result of a viral horseback riding video of him, the concept has gained traction on social media.

The Concern Of Shahi Delivery

Heavy rains and other challenges are always present throughout the monsoon season, which also affects Mumbai and the areas around it.

The same thing occurred again this year, resulting in flooded streets and hampered train and road travel. The low-lying areas have sustained the most harm.

Mumbai citizens must rely on the local government to handle the seasonal problems that the city faces.

Viral Video of Swiggy’s Shahi Delivery

The footage from the Swiggy delivery partner soon gained popularity after being shared on social media.

While some online users made jokes, others praised the delivery person for his diligent job.

One user commented, “Now this is what I call ‘Shahi delivery’.” Another person wrote, “I hope he is not delivering pizza.” Others simply filled the comment section with laughing emojis.

Weather Forecasts By IMD

After heavy rains pummeled the city last week, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has declared an orange alert predicting severe to very heavy showers in Mumbai.

According to officials, there were two building collapse occurrences in the Kalbadevi & Sion regions during the recent torrential downpours.

However, no casualties or injuries were reported because everyone was successfully evacuated.

Rains Affect On Daily Life

On the other side, the transportation industry has been severely impacted by flooding brought on by persistent rain.

Authorities claim that due to waterlogging in four to five locations throughout Mumbai, the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & Transport undertaking (BEST) has also been forced to reroute about 12 bus routes.

According to the officials, heavy rain also caused delays in some train services.
