Prime Minister is on a 2-days visit to Gujarat to inaugurate 36th National Games, Dream City and several other mega projects worth ₹29,000 Crore.
Thursday marks the beginning of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s two-day trip to Gujarat state.
At the 36th National Games opening ceremony today at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, he will also dedicate development projects worth Rs 29,000 crore.
Today at around 11 a.m. the Prime Minister dedicated a number of projects totaling more than ₹3,400 crores and laid the cornerstone for them in Surat.
He heads to Bhavnagar, where he will lay the cornerstone for numerous construction projects totaling more than ₹ 5,200 crore at around 2 PM.
The foundation stone will be laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will also dedicate a number of projects totaling more than Rs. 3400 crore.
These include collaborative development projects by the federal and state governments, public infrastructure, heritage restoration, city bus/BRTS infrastructure, drainage projects, DREAM City, Biodiversity Park, and other development works.
In Bhavnagar, the Prime Minister will commemorate and dedicate projects totaling more than Rs 5200 crore.
He will officially lay the groundwork for Bhavnagar’s brownfield port and the first CNG terminal in history.
The 36th National Games will be formally unveiled by Prime Minister Modi at an event held in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.
The Prime Minister will also address competitors in the National Games from all throughout the nation.
The premier will also dedicate the prestigious “Swarnim Gujarat Sports University” in Desar at the occasion.
The landscape of sports education in the nation is anticipated to change as a result of this significant endeavor.
On Friday at around 10:30 a.m. the Prime Minister will flag off the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express at Gandhinagar Station and board the train to Kalupur Railway Station.
PM Modi will officially launch the Ahmedabad Metro train project at around 11:30 AM. He will then ride the metro from Kalupur station to Doordarshan Kendra station.
