Statiq To Install 20,000 EV Charging Stations Across India In 2023

EV charging solution provider company Statiq has announced their plans to set up 20,000 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across the country in FY23.

Statiq, a developer of EV charging solutions, declared plans to erect 20,000 electric car charging stations nationwide in FY23 on Saturday.

According to the corporation, there are over 7,000 captive, semi-captive, and public charges across the nation.

According to Statiq, there are over 1,000 fast-charging charge stations spread across key places such as malls, motorways, airports, residential and commercial buildings, hotels, and office buildings, among others.

In 60 Indian cities, we have put in over 7,000 EV charging stations. We are still dedicated to helping consumers think about sustainable transportation in the future, “During the current Auto Expo 2023, Statiq’s co-founder and CEO Akshit Bansal made the statement.

The company claims that its EV charging initiatives are in line with those of Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., GMR, and others who aim to develop EV charging infrastructure using the most up-to-date technological platform in addition to providing easy access to EV charging points.

The Statiq EV charging network is expanding beyond Delhi-NCR to places like Mumbai, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Udaipur, Bengaluru, and Agra, including other cities.

“We are observing a general shift in how people travel, and to ensure that this shift towards sustainable mobility takes place, we want to be at the forefront of offering EV charging solutions that are easily available, reasonably priced, and dependable to the public, “said Raghav Arora, Statiq’s co-founder and CTO.

The company claims that its EV charging initiatives are in line with those of Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., GMR, and others, who aim to develop EV charging infrastructure using the most up-to-date technology platform in addition to providing easy access to EV charging points.
