Star Maa To Acquire Satellite Rights For Allu Arjun Starrer ‘Pushpa 2’

Allu Arjun is currently working on his upcoming blockbuster, “Pushpa 2: The Rule.” Directed by the talented Sukumar, this high-budget movie has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. 

There’s a buzz that the satellite rights for the movie have been acquired by Star Maa television channel, though there’s no official confirmation yet.

The film is expected to be a major release in the Indian film industry like its first part ‘Pushpa: The Rise.’ The film also features other key actors like Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, Jagadish, and Ajay. 

It’s produced by Mythri Movie Makers and is scheduled to hit theaters on August 15, 2024. Devi Sri Prasad, known for his outstanding music compositions, is crafting the film’s soundtrack.

However, the production team of “Pushpa 2” faces challenges with leaked on-set images. Recently, pictures of Allu Arjun from the film set were leaked online, creating a viral sensation. Despite efforts to control such leaks, the team is frustrated by these incidents.

Adding to the intrigue, a photo of Allu Arjun in a unique avatar from “Pushpa 2” went viral. This picture shows him in a ‘Gangamma Talli‘ get-up, similar to what was shown in the film’s first-look poster. 

In this ritual, men dress up as women, and Allu Arjun’s character is participating in this traditional event in the movie.

“Pushpa: The Rule” is a sequel to “Pushpa: The Rise,” which was one of the highest-grossing films of 2021. Along with Allu Arjun, the film stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. The music for the film is composed by the National Award-winning Devi Sri Prasad.

The movie’s technical aspects are also noteworthy, with Miroslaw Kuba Brozek handling cinematography and Karthika Srinivas and Ruben managing the editing. 

“Pushpa: The Rule” is being produced on a grand scale, and with a big budget. Thus the anticipation of success is very high of its release.
