Nawab Sayyid Muhammad Kazim Ali Khan is one of the richest politicians in UP. He was the richest candidate during the UP elections. He represented the Rampur assembly constituency for Congress in the second phase of the 2022 Uttar Pradesh election. He declared assets worth Rs 296 crore. Earlier, he served as an MLA in the Swar Tanda Uttar Pradesh state assembly.

The journalist turned politician Supriya Aron represented the Bareilly Cantt seat as a Samajwadi Party candidate in the second phase of the 2022 UP election. She declared assets worth Rs 157 crore during the UP elections. Earlier, she was the mayor of Bareilly.
Amit Agarwal represented the Mathura Cantt assembly constituency as a BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) candidate in the first phase of the UP election. He declared assets worth Rs 148.8 crore, which includes Rs 126.6 crore in moveable assets and Rs 22.1 crore as immovable assets.
The fourth richest politician in UP is Devendra Nagpal. He represented the Naugawan seat as a BJP candidate in the second phase of the UP election. He declared assets worth Rs 140 crore.
