As previously said, Ardh movie is a truth revealing story of the struggles of new actors & other artists in the Bollywood film city Mumbai.
This film also exposes how the Bollywood mafia has snatched the future of new, brilliant but struggling actors. Star kids get everything including stardom on their dinner plate, but other artists have to struggle a lot for the same thing.
Shiva (Rajpal Yadav) is a small-town youngster who, after being a fantastic stage performer, aspires to be an actor in Mumbai, the city of dreams.
To earn a living in the city, he disguises himself as a transsexual (Parvati) with the assistance of his wife (Rubina Dilaik) and searches for earnings on the Mumbai local trains and also at the traffic signals.
It is the tale of a dreamer and struggling artist in the city of dreams (Mumbai) who heads out to discover if he can realize his objectives or if they would be shattered in Mumbai’s fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
Palash Muchhal wrote and directed the film, which stars Rajpal Yadav, Rubina Dilaik, and Hiten Tejwani. The film’s writer and director, Palash Muchhal, has written 6 songs for the film.
Rubina Dilaik makes her Bollywood debut in this film, which was produced by Pal Music and Films.
The film’s voice-over was performed by Jackie Shroff, while the songs were sung by Sonu Nigam, Armaan Malik, Palak Muchhal, Rekha Bhardwaj, Rubina Dilaik, Divya Kumar, Parry G, and Amit Mishra.
