The Vande Bharat Express will be the first semi-high-speed passenger train in OHE territory. It will halt at Jaipur, Alwar, and Gurugram.

The proposed railway will enhance connectivity to Rajasthan’s most popular tourist destinations and stimulate socioeconomic growth in the region.

The train is expected to run throughout the week with the exception of Wednesday. The official schedule has not yet been released.

Normally, it takes approximately 10 hours to travel from Bengaluru to Hyderabad, but Vande Bharat will reduce this time by 6 hours.

The 568-kilometer voyage will be completed in only four hours. A Bengaluru-Hubballi Vande Bharat Express train is also reportedly in the works, according to some reports.

The Chennai-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express was inaugurated on April 8 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

It was the second semi-high-speed train to be inaugurated on the same day, following the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express, which left the Secunderabad Railway Station in Telangana earlier that day.
