Rahul Gandhi: India Can’t Be Successful Without Women’s Equality

The Congress leader claimed that only when women have an equal place in our society will India be truly successful. The #IndiraFellowship aims to change politics while empowering women.

Gandhi said that the Indira Fellowship is a step towards ensuring that women have an equal place in Indian politics. He said that women make up half of the population of India, but they are underrepresented in politics.

Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, claimed earlier on Sunday that a specific brand of “politics of division, hatred, and anger” is to blame for the violence in Manipur.

The Congress party leader expressed his concern, calling the violence disturbing and noting that it would take some time for the injuries brought on by the unrest to fully recover.

There will be no quick release from the sadness and rage. It’s disturbing and urgent to put an end to the ongoing violence in Manipur. Rahul Gandhi claimed that a specific brand of politics based on hostility, anger, and division is to blame for the violence in Manipur.

I personally witnessed what took place there and what was done to the Manipuri people. He continued, I have never seen what I saw in Manipur in my 19 years of political life.
