PV Sindhu Offers A Badminton Match To Apple CEO Tim Cook

The Badminton World Champion PV Sindhu recently met in Cupertino with Apple CEO Tim Cook and she offered the CEO to play a badminton match.

Apple recently unveiled its new iPhones at an event in Cupertino, and guess who was there? None other than badminton champion PV Sindhu!

She even took a selfie with Apple CEO Tim Cook and shared it on Instagram, calling the moment “unforgettable.”

In her post, Sindhu thanked Tim Cook for having her and expressed her excitement about seeing the stunning Apple Park. She even extended an invitation to Cook to play badminton when he visits India.

Sindhu also posted about being immersed in the Apple keynote event, which she described as promising innovation, excitement, surprises, and a great conversation.

Her posts have already garnered thousands of likes and comments. Users were quick to comment on the meeting between the “Badminton Giant” and the “Tech Giant,” with many expressing their admiration and pride for Sindhu’s achievements.

What Happened In The Apple Event 2023?

PV Sindhu was attending the Apple Event 2023, where the Tim Cook-led Apple company unveiled four new iPhones – the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. They also introduced the new Apple Watch series and AirPods Pro with USB-C functionality.

The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus have received significant upgrades in terms of display. They now feature Dynamic Island, an A16 Bionic processor, and a primary 48-megapixel camera, similar to the iPhone 14 Pro series. However, the Pro models still have exclusive features like a 120Hz refresh rate and telephoto camera.

The iPhone 15 starts at ₹79,900, while the iPhone 15 Plus starts at ₹ 89,900, both with a base storage of 128GB. Preorders for these models will begin on September 15, and they will be available for sale from September 22.
