Prices of Commercial LPG Cylinder Reduced By Upto ₹100

OMCs have severely slashed the prices of 19-kg commercial LPG cylinders by upto ₹100. The new prices will be effective from today, 1st September, 2022.

Oil marketing companies (OMCs) have drastically reduced the cost of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for commercial use, which is a huge relief for consumers.

As of today, September 1, 2022, Oil Marketing Companies has reportedly cut the cost of the 19-kg LPG cylinder for commercial usage by ₹91.50.

The commercial LPG cylinder prices have been cheaper by ₹100.00 in Kolkata. The prices have been slashed by ₹96.00 and ₹92.50 in Chennai and Kolkata respectively.

Latest Prices of Commercial LPG Cylinders

For example, a 19 kg commercial Indane gas cylinder will now cost ₹1885 instead of the previous price of ₹1976 07. 

Similar to this, a commercial LPG cylinder will price 1995.50 rupees in Chennai instead of ₹2141, similarly ₹1844 rupees in Mumbai instead of ₹1936.50, and ₹1999.50 rupees in Kolkata.

Benefits of LPG Consumers

As the largest user group of the 19 kg cylinder, restaurants, cafes, and tea stalls, etc. will benefit from the price drop.

The cost of home LPG cylinders hasn’t changed, though, as of yet. It should be remembered that the OMCs publish changes to LPG prices two times a month, first at the beginning and once in the middle of month.
