PM Modi Inaugurates Bengaluru Metro’s Whitefield-Krishnarajapura Line

PM Modi is inaugurating Bengaluru Metro’s line today. The Metro project will cost Rs 4,250 crore to complete. The project will help 3 lakh travelers.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open a new portion of the Phase 2 of the Bengaluru Metro. 

Together with that, he will open the Chikkaballapur campus of the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute for Medical Sciences and Research.

“Tomorrow, March 25, I’ll be in Karnataka. In Chikkaballapur, the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research will be opened. 

After that, I’ll be in Bengaluru for the opening of the Bangalore Metro’s Whitefield (Kadugodi) to Krishnarajapuram Metro Line “PM Modi tweeted.

The medical center will provide students educational opportunities as well as easily accessible and reasonably priced treatment. 

According to the PMO, the institute was founded at Sathya Sai Grama in Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur, by Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence.

The Metro project will cost Rs 4,250 crore to complete. The distance is 13.71 kilometers. It will link the Krishnarajapura Metro Line and the Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro.

According to the PMO, the opening of this metro line will give commuters in Bengaluru a clean, safe, quick, and comfortable transport option, improving convenience and easing the city’s traffic jams.

Whitefield, Channasandra, Kadugodi, Pattandur Agrahara, Sri Satya Sai Hospital, Nallur Halli, Kundalahalli, Seetharam Palya, Hoodi Junction, Garudacharpalya, Mahadevapura, and K.R. Puram is among the 12 stations on the metro line.

Between 2.5 and 3 lakh travelers per day will profit from it. From January of this year, the inhabitants of Mahadevapura and Kannada organizations have asked the BMRCL to change the names of the stations.
