The pictures which were shared by photographer Dhruvin S. on Apple’s Instagram page marking the festival of #Holi, “pictures how the traditional Holi powder looks on the face.” The photographs go viral as they look stunning as they are most probably shot on the latest Apple’s iPhone 12 Smartphone series.
Dhruvin was appointed by the Cupertino Company to click a bunch of pictures to showcase the festival of colors “Holi”. The eight close-up images of various individuals’ faces are covered with traditional Holi color powder.
With the assistance of just a smartphone, Dhruvin has been able to create a piece of art by taking a zoomed photograph of faces by highlighting the details on the subject’s faces.
Similar to other tech companies, Apple too likes to celebrate festive occasions in a way to connect with its users. They also added a small video of the photoshoot on the Apple Instagram page.
Beginning of this month, Apple also added a collection of apps under the ‘Play with a Color’ section for its users during the festival of Holi.
For example, the Canvas app which helps users to make their photos more beautiful and engaging. With the Canvas app, users can design and add various stickers to make their photographs beautiful. With the ‘PicCollage’ application, users design their own greeting cards throughout the year during various festivals.

All these photos have greatly impressed many people that have visited Apple’s official Instagram page. This project is a part of Apple’s “Shot on iPhone” promoting campaign, as the hashtag #ShotOniPhone showcases in the photo caption.
