One More Bollywood Stars Entangles In ‘Mahadev Betting App’ Scam

Several Bollywood stars, including Ranbir Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Shraddha Kapoor, Hina Khan are being questioned by the ED in the Mahadev betting app scam.

You must be aware of the ongoing betting app scam called the Mahadev Betting App. This whole scandal started with a massive ₹250-crore wedding in a gulf city which already seems fishy, right?

Now, it’s become a big mess with Bollywood celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Huma Qureshi, Shraddha Kapoor and others getting questioned by the ED and other authorities.

This Mahadev betting app has been running all kinds of betting games, lotteries, and more for the past four years.

It mainly targeted people with lower incomes, and guess what? The games were rigged, so the players always lost money, and the company made a fortune.

Now, the worst part is that this app was allegedly involved in money laundering and hawala operations. Money flowed from gulf city to Chhattisgarh, where hawala operators like Sunil Damani and Anil Damani got involved.

Even an Assistant Sub-Inspector, Chandrabhushan Verma, and some politicians and bureaucrats are suspected of being part of this shady operation.

What’s really infuriating is that several Bollywood actors and celebrities are under investigation for either attending this lavish wedding or secretly promoting this betting app.

The ED (Enforcement Directorate) believes they might have been paid in cash for their promotions, and they want to find out if that money was part of this money laundering mess.

The app operated from the gulf country and had branches in India, with a bunch of young individuals working for them. They also spent loads of cash on advertising to attract new users.

And here’s something that also bothered several Indians, they used the name “Mahadev,” which is a sacred name for the Hindu almighty God. It’s disgraceful that they used such a respected name for their scam.

This whole Mahadev Betting App scam is a huge mess involving dirty money, rigged games, and big Bollywood names. It’s infuriating, and we should all be really aware about it. Let’s hope the authorities bring those responsible to justice soon!
