Nothing Phone 2a Plus India Launch Details: Colour Available, Chipset, Display, etc

Smartphone maker brand Nothing has announced that it will release its Nothing Phone 2a Plus on 31st July 2024, that is the day after tomorrow. Some of the mid range phone’s specs were revealed in a bit of a teaser by the London based company. While it is obvious that the whole list has not been given out, we bring this article to you giving the rest of the information.

The list of Specifications

The Nothing Phone 2a Plus is likely to feature the same display setup that the Nothing Phone 2a variant had. That means it could feature a 6.7 inches AMOLED display panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz 1300 nits of peak brightness and a protection of Gorilla Glass 5 level protector.

The camera setup has some changes, although the rear primary camera setup is likely to remain the same with a 50 mp with OIS along with another 50 mp ultra wide angle lens. On the front, there is likely to be a massive upgrade with a selfie shooter that was 32 mp in the 2a variant that increases to 50 mp on the Plus variant. There could also be an option of 4K video recording from the camera sensor delighting the vloggers and video enthusiasts.

The phone will feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 7350 chipset with Mali G610 MC4 GPU for handling intensive graphics work. The upcoming device is likely to be available for purchase in 8gb Ram & 256 gb Storage and 12 gb Ram & 256 gb storage variants. The Ram is LPDDR5 while the storage could be either of UFS 2.2 or UFS 3.1 standard.

Both the variant models are going to come in black and grey colour in the market and are going to have the Android 14 operating system. 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security patches are going to come with the purchase.

Battery is going to be a 5000 mAh along with an upgrade from the 45 watt fast charging charger in the 2a variant to a more robust 50 watt fast charging charger capability in the 2a Plus.
