Carl Pei founded company Nothing, has announced that its most premium smartphone ‘Nothing Phone 2’ will be officially launching on July 11 worldwide.
Interested buyers have the opportunity to pre-order the device in advance and avail themselves of early-bird offers. But the pre-orders for the Nothing Phone 2 in India will commence on June 29 at 12 pm on Flipkart.
While the actual price and availability details will only be revealed on July 11, customers who pre-order will have the chance to select their preferred variant between July 11 (starting at 9 pm) and July 20 (until 11:59 pm).
It remains unclear whether shipping will begin immediately after this period, possibly starting from July 21.
To pre-order the Nothing Phone 2 in India, interested buyers can visit Flipkart starting from June 29 at 12 pm. A token amount of Rs 2,000 will be required to secure a unit, and this amount will be refundable.
Following this, customers will need to choose their desired variant and pay the remaining amount to reserve their device. This process can be completed between July 11 (starting at 9 pm) and July 20 until 11:59 pm.
Customers who pre-order the Nothing Phone 2 will be eligible for exclusive offers. These include savings of up to ₹2,400 on the Nothing accessories package and a discounted price of ₹4,250 (originally priced at ₹8,499) for the Nothing Ear Stick.
The company has also mentioned that instant discounts on the Nothing Phone 2 will be available through leading banks.
Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 2 sold in India will be manufactured in the country itself. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and feature a 4,700mAh battery. It is expected that further details will be revealed closer to the launch date.
However, there is an opportunity for interested customers to pre-order the device in India. The Indian buyers will also get pre-order offers, including discounts on accessories and the Nothing Ear Stick.
