Monu Manesar Denies Involvement In Haryana Violence, Blames Congress MLA

Cow vigilante Monu Manesar, who has been linked to the recent violence in Haryana, has denied any involvement in the incident. He stated that he did not give any provocative speech and did not attend the rally that was attacked on July 31.

Monu Manesar claimed that Congress MLA Mamin Khan is responsible for the violence and that he works to save cows in collaboration with the administration. He also mentioned that Hindus will not tolerate such attacks in Haryana.

On July 31st, an Islamic mob in Nuh, Haryana, attacked Hindu devotees during the Jalabhishek Yatra. The mob, consisting of 800-900 individuals, pelted stones and opened fire at the devotees in the temple, causing damage to the temple itself.

Several FIRs have been registered regarding the violence, with one FIR mentioning the specific details of the attack.

The FIR states that the mob attacked the devotees and officials stationed at the temple with batons, guns, and stones. The FIR has been filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act.

The names of several rioters involved in the attack have been mentioned in the FIR. According to the complaint, the Executive Engineer, his driver, and an inspector were stationed at the temple during the Yatra when the mob charged towards the temple in a pre-planned manner. The mob was reported to be speaking local Mewati and Rajasthani languages.

The situation escalated as they reached the temple, and they started throwing stones and even fired shots to disrupt the religious ceremony being performed at the temple.

The Duty Magistrate, Mukul Kathuria, tried to calm the situation by requesting them to step back, but the rioters ignored his pleas. Instead, they continued to move closer to the temple, still shouting Islamic slogans – “Allah-hu-Akbar”.

Upon reaching the temple, they once again attacked the devotees and the officers present there by throwing stones and firing shots. As a result of this violent attack, parts of the temple were damaged.

However most of the news publications are not reporting how the violence erupted in the region. They have started reporting when a mob set a mosque on fire. They are claiming that the violence in Nuh (Haryana) is happening because of Bajrang Dal member Monu Manesar.
