Mohanlal’s Classic Thriller Film ‘Drishyam 3’ Is Coming Soon

The makers of Mohanlal-starrer Drishyam 3 have been confirmed. Its producer Antony Perumbavoor recently confirmed ‘Drishyam 3’ at an award function.

Drishyam, the critically acclaimed thriller series starring Superstar Mohanlal, will have a third installment. 

For Drishyam 3, producer Antony Perumbavoor has announced that the suspenseful story of Mohanlal’s Georgekutty will return.

During a latest event, the producer discussed the Malayalam movie and teased the audience that the beloved franchise would soon be returning. Fans began celebrating the news as soon as footage from the occasion appeared on social media.

Following Antony’s announcement of Drishyam 3, fans started posting edited versions of the movie’s poster that featured their favorite Mohanlal franchise moments. 

Drishyam, which was directed by Jeethu Joseph, followed Georgekutty and his family as they battled suspicion after the death of the Inspector General of Police’s son.

In the follow-up, the family and Georgekutty, who changes from being a cable TV supplier to a would-be film producer, were followed as they battled the ghost of their past. 

Premier of Drishyam 2

Drishyam 2 debuted on Prime Video last year, while the original Drishyam had its theatrical debut in 2013. For their storylines and performances, both movies received a tonne of praise. 

The Malayalam version also starred Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and Esther Anil in addition to Mohanlal.

Drishyam Remakes

Due to the movie’s popularity, it was remade in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Chinese (Mandarin), and Sinhalese, among other languages. Ajay Devgn played Vijay Salgoankar in the Bollywood adaptation of Drishyam, which also starred Tabu as a police officer.

Nishikant Kamat, a deceased director, oversaw the Hindi version. Abhishek Pathak is in charge of directing Hindi Drishyam 2’s second episode. The movie is almost ready to premiere in November.
