Apparently, Mr. Narendra Modi was seen retweeting to Mr. Rijiju’s tweet complementing the AP spirit of celebration through folk songs and dances.
Elaborating on his original tweet, the minister said, “During my visit to beautiful Kazalang village to monitor the Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Projects. This is traditional merrymaking of Sajolang people whenever guests visit their village,” The minister tweeted on Wednesday while sharing the video of the locals. “The original folk songs and dances are the ESSENCE of every community in Arunachal Pradesh.”
A man of love for culture, he also made news when he took the podium to sing with the folks as well. The handsome young politician of 49 years, was hosting young civil service officers from Arunachal Pradesh at his residence in Delhi on September 19. The officers had completed their training programme at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie (LBSNAA).
Being active on the tweeting scene, he did not miss the opportunity to thank Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu for “arranging the 1st ever Customised Training Programme for Arunachal Civil Service Officers” at LBSNAA.
The BJP leader has earlier served the state of Arunachal Pradesh as the Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports (independent charge), before taking charge as the Union Law and Justice Minister, in July 2019. He has not minced his words when he pointed out how the state has remained in a state of slumber under Congress’s leadership. Once he was elected, PM focus on Arunachal Pradesh has been seen to give the state an economic push.
