Kantara Star Rishab Shetty Adopts School To Support Local Education

The multi-talented Rishab Shetty is known for his remarkable work in the film “Kantara.” He has recently undertaken a significant and commendable initiative.

Rishab Shetty has adopted a government-run Kannada school in Keradi, his hometown to support and revitalize local education, especially focusing on preserving the Kannada language and culture.

This isn’t the first time Rishab has shown his dedication to such causes. His earlier film, “Sarkari Hi. Pra. Shaale, Kaasaragodu,” was not just a commercial success but also won the National Film Award for Best Children’s Film in 2019.

Through this film, Rishab highlighted the importance of regional schools and the need to protect them, which resonated deeply with audiences.

Now, turning our attention to his upcoming projects, there’s exciting news for fans of his work. Rishab Shetty is gearing up for his next venture, “Kantara Chapter 1,” which promises to be a prequel to the acclaimed “Kantara.” This film is already generating considerable excitement among movie enthusiasts.

Interestingly, there’s a buzz about Rishab Shetty’s character in “Kantara Chapter 1.” Speculations suggest that he might portray a role inspired by Lord Parashuram, a significant figure in Indian ancient history known for his devotion to Lord Shiva.

This speculation is fueled by the visuals and symbols shown in the film’s teaser, especially an axe that is traditionally associated with Lord Parashuram.

Meanwhile, in other news from the Indian film industry, Hombale Films, the production house behind “Kantara” and other major hits like the “KGF” series, is preparing for the release of their next big film, “Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire.” This film, featuring the popular actor Prabhas, is set to hit theaters on December 22, 2023.
