The Google Play Store and Apple App Store no longer have this Krafton game available. Both platforms have reportedly withdrawn this game in response to a government directive.

Why Is BGMI Banned In India?

A murder mystery is what gave rise to PUBG Mobile or BGMI. Recently, a case came to light in which it was claimed that a 16-year-old kid killed his mother as a result of playing a “online game like PUBG.”

He told the reason behind murder which was literally shocking. He said that her mother used to forbid him from playing games.

When the issue was brought up in Parliament, the government declared that the Ministry of Home Affairs is looking into it.

According to the authorities, certain apps that were previously banned have re-entered the Indian market under a different name.

Examining it is the Ministry of Home Affairs. V Vijayasai Reddy, a Rajya Sabha MP, questioned this last week.
