Instagram Down Worldwide, Users Can’t Send DMs For Over 12 Hours

Instagram Down: Instagram & FB Messenger are globally down for more than 12 hours especially for messages (DMs). Now people are sharing lots of memes about it.

Many users have said that they are facing problems for the last 12 hours regarding the message. In many complaints, it has been told that they are seeing the old message in the DM again.

When experts checked the down detector, it came to know that this app is down from 8:30 pm in July and till the time of writing the story, i.e. at 11:45, then the graph was above it, which means that people are still having trouble with this.

Let us tell you that Instagram is owned by Meta, which was formerly known as Facebook Inc.

Facebook Messenger Is Also Down

Many people have also shared information about the downing of Facebook Messenger. 

Many users said that like Instagram, they are facing problems in receiving and sending messages on Messenger as well.

Instagram Down Reported, Last Month

During the last month i.e. May also, information about Instagram being down came to the fore. On May 25, people complained on Twitter that they were facing trouble refreshing Instagram.

This had an impact on a limited number of Indian users. In May, DownDetector had reported that users in many big cities in India like Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai and Bangalore faced problems in running the app.
