Indonesia was plunged into emergency mode as the Ruang Indonesia’s Volcano Eruption on the northern side of Sulawesi island unleashed a series of eruptions, prompting authorities to issue a tsunami alert. The cascading events led to the evacuation of over 11,000 people from at-risk areas, with fears of further volcanic activity looming large.
