India’s First Real Estate Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Collection To Launch

The House of Hiranandani is going to honor the engineers by launching India’s First Real Estate NFT ( Non-Fungible Token) Collection, on Engineers Day 2022.

As a rich tribute to its engineers’ excellent work, House of Hiranandani, a premium real estate developer located in Maharashtra, on Wednesday unveiled India’s first non-fungible token (NFT) series with a real estate theme, including famous building designs from its engineers.

The renowned building designs from the House of Hiranandani’s engineers over the years will be featured in the NFT collection, which will be generated on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain technology.

Real Estate NFTs On Web 3.0 Technology

Being a pioneer in NFTs and Web 3.0 technologies, it is the first Indian real estate developer.

‘DreamVerse-Engineering Your Dreams’ is the name of the limited-edition NFT collection from this engineering company.

The NFTs will be issued on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain, which was co-founded by software developer Sandeep Nailwal, a native of Delhi who now resides in Dubai.

In a news release, House of Hiranandani stated that it would create a fund to aid the Bangalore Institute of Technology’s needy students using the NFT earnings.

“Non-fungible tokens” (NFTs) are special tokens valuable for their unique artwork, data, or items written on them, etc.”

The NFT collection, according to the developer, is being introduced on the Polygon-powered “Koinearth’s ngageN” NFT platform as a way to honor the architects and engineers that worked with the business to design stunning metropolitan environments.
