According to NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, “The Moon to Mars Program Office will assist NASA’s plan to carry out our audacious missions to the Moon and put the first humans on Mars.”

The “golden age of exploration” is currently under progress, and the opening of this new office will assist NASA in effectively creating the long-term lunar presence required to get ready for the next great human spaceflight to Mars.

With over 25 years of expertise in the aerospace sector and numerous awards, Kshatriya is now facing his most difficult challenge.

In order to get ready for manned flights to Mars, he serves as the first director of the Moon to Mars program and is in charge of everything from hardware development to risk management.

But Kshatriya is not just any space fanatic; he is proud to be of Indian descent.
