Gurpreet Singh Gindru (43) was an Indian Kabaddi Coach. He is killed by some unidentified murderers who entered his residence & shot him dead.
An Indian kabaddi coach from Moga, Punjab, was murdered in the Philippines’ capital, Manila.
When the family heard that Gurpreet Singh Gindru, 43, had been killed by a gunshot in Manila on Tuesday, a sense of doom settled around Pakharwad hamlet in the Nihal Singh Wala sub-division of the Moga district.
Gurpreet, according to village neighbors, moved to the Philippines for work about four years ago.
Along with establishing a business, he also taught kabaddi to young people in Manila. He supposedly came home from work and was shot to death at his house.
Villagers demanded that the government return his lifeless remains there so they may be cremated.

Villagers claimed that Gurpreet moved to Canada a number of years ago, leaving his wife and children behind in the Philippines.
He had also relocated to the Philippines for a while. His brothers and dad have returned to the village of Moga.
Unidentified intruders entered Gurpreet’s residence and shot him in the head.
On March 14, 2022, while competing in a tournament at Mallian Khurd of Jalandhar, UK-based international kabaddi player Sandeep Singh Sandhu nicknamed Nangal Ambian was shot and killed. Nine suspects were detained in this investigation.
