A delegation of influential leaders from India travelled to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), on May 3–4, 2023. This team, which was put together by Thought Leaders of India (TLOI) in association with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, sought to deepen bilateral relations on the commercial and social fronts. Through concentrated conversations with UAE thought leaders and decision-makers, the visit succeeded in fostering cooperation and collaboration.
Creating Business Partnerships
This delegation, the second in a series of overseas trips planned by TLOI, was made up of well-known corporate executives, experts, and representatives. The mission wanted to investigate potential for corporate cooperation and information sharing in light of the UAE and India’s strong sociocultural and economic affinities.

The delegates interacted with a range of stakeholders throughout their visit, including academics, business leaders, and students. The Abu Dhabi-India CXO Round Table, a significant gathering presided over by Dr. Tayeb A. Kamali, Chairman of the Board at the esteemed Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), was the highlight of the trip. This round table offered a venue for lively debates and strategic talks with a focus on fostering alliances and cooperation between the two nations. commercial and thinking leaders from both countries got the chance to discuss commercial opportunities and find ways to advance one another.

The presence of the Indian business delegation at the 20th Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) Ceremony was a significant event during the tour. The ceremony, which was sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, honoured excellence as a catalyst for advancement and recognised remarkable accomplishments in a number of different sectors.
Future Collaborations
The International delegation of thought leaders’ trip to Abu Dhabi was an important step towards deepening ties between Abu Dhabi and India. These leaders want to create long-lasting alliances that advance economic development, knowledge sharing, and cross-cultural understanding between the two countries.
