India Pushes Back Pakistan From Entering Territory Along With Chinese Support

Lashing out at China for its constant intrusions, India has also slammed Pakistan for crossing its boundaries. The bone of contention is the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is said to be inside India’s territory.

Additionally, India is asking Pakistan to stop meddling in any illegal territories completely and vacate all illegal occupations once for all. The situation is adverse as Taliban leaders supported by Pakistan are also moving ahead to meet with their counterparts in China. Strangely, this meeting had at a time when US State Secretary Antony Blinken was on a visit to India.

The recently concluded elections by the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir have been rightly called as ‘cosmetic exercise’. According to a formal statement by the External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi, The so-called elections in Indian territory under the illegal occupation of Pakistan are nothing but an attempt by Pakistan to camouflage its illegal occupation and the material changes undertaken by it in these territories.

Pakistan has no locus stand on these Indian territories. We call upon Pakistan to vacate all Indian areas under its illegal occupation.

Apparently, the election exercise has been rejected by the locals as well. So, the anger against Pakistan is obvious as it is trying to occupy Indian territory while doing business with China.

“The Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and the Union Territory of Ladakh has been and will remain an integral and inalienable part of India … We resolutely oppose any attempts by other countries to change the status quo in areas illegally occupied by Pakistan as also to Pakistan bringing up any material change in Indian territories under its illegal occupation. We call upon parties concerned to cease such actions,” Bagchi added in a media briefing this week.

The fact that the US and India are on the same page when it comes to their stand over Afghanistan is definitely not agreeable with the Taliban. The latter’s tryst to prevent democracy from flourishing in Afghanistan is being fueled by Pakistan and China together. This is a lethal combination and has to be combatted from the onset, political bigwigs believe.

Anything that will antagonize India is a win-win situation for China.
