iCloud On Windows Showing Strangers’ Photos & Videos To Users

iCloud for Windows hit by major bugs. Several users complained that they’re seeing random family photos & videos of other people in their own libraries.

If you’re using iCloud on Windows and seeing stuff such as images and videos that don’t belong to you, you’re not alone. 

People’s privacy is in real danger. This week, a lot of Apple consumers have expressed concern over this odd and perplexing problem where movies from random people are appearing in their iCloud library.

We are unsure of whether Apple or Microsoft should take responsibility for fixing this issue, which appears to be specific to iCloud on Windows. 

Concerned users have mentioned how certain imported recordings from the iPhone 13 Pro as well as iPhone 14 Pro models had scan lines and darkened videos, indicating that the content may have been compromised.

The videos imported from these iPhone models either have a sync issue while the content is uploading to iCloud or there is a bug in the cloud platform.

In addition to this, users are also noticing odd additions of videos and photographs to their iCloud library.

Any Windows user who uses iCloud to report a problem suggests that Apple may be experiencing server-side troubles.

According to reports, there may be an issue when specific files are transferred from iCloud to the Windows platform for processing. 

We don’t have specific information regarding the issue at present, but we are expecting that Apple would look into it in light of all the complaints and resolve the Microsoft issue as soon as possible.
