How Did This Man Survive For 17 Years Without Eating Anything?

An Iranian man, Gholamreza Ardeshiri doesn’t feel hunger. He only survived by drinking Pepsi & other drinks for 17 years. He drinks it only when he gets tired.

Gholamreza Ardeshiri, from Iran, claims to have survived without eating any food for a period of 17 years. Instead, he has been consuming only carbonated drinks like Pepsi to sustain himself.

Gholamreza states that he does not experience hunger and relies on these fizzy drinks, especially when he feels tired and needs energy.

Once Gholamreza had experienced a strange sensation, like having a hair stuck in his throat and stomach, which made it difficult for him to eat.

Despite visiting various doctors, the cause of this sensation remains unknown. It is important to note that Gholamreza’s case appears to be unique and not medically supported or scientifically verified.

Surviving for such a long period without consuming food raises significant concerns about nutritional deficiencies and overall health.

The human body requires a diverse range of nutrients, including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals, which are typically obtained from a balanced diet consisting of various food sources.

Relying solely on carbonated drinks cannot provide the necessary nutrients for optimal bodily functions.

The specific types of carbonated drinks Gholamreza consumes, such as Pepsi, are not mentioned in detail, and it remains unclear how they can sustain his energy levels and meet his nutritional needs.

Carbonated drinks are typically high in sugar and calories but lack essential nutrients.

Prolonged consumption of such beverages without a balanced diet can lead to a host of health problems, including nutrient deficiencies, dental issues, weight gain, and an increased risk of chronic diseases.

However the claims made by Gholamreza Ardeshiri have not been scientifically proven, and his case does not represent a recommended or healthy approach to nutrition.

Please note that the ‘India Observers’ team doesn’t encourage you to follow this type of diet as nutritional requirements can vary among individuals, and a personalized approach is necessary to ensure optimal health and well-being.
