Gujarati Film ‘Kutch Express’ Promises An Delightful Family Story

Manasi Parekh starrer Gujarati film ‘Kutch Express’ is an intriguing drama with an intriguing tale of love, family and women empowerment.

The trailer for the upcoming Gujarati film Kutch Express, starring Darsheel Safary, Manasi Parekh, and Ratna Pathak Shah, was released in Mumbai on Tuesday.

According to the trailer, the plot of the movie follows the journey of a straightforward, young housewife who, at first, is content with her seemingly ideal family—a husband, child, and mother-in-law—and her status as a homemaker.

She begins to wonder what she has missed out on in life as time goes on and her husband develops feelings for other ladies at his job. She discovers the solution right before her.

The movie then follows a small-town homemaker as she realizes her dream of being an artist and begins a new life away from her family after that revelation.

Veteran actress Ratna Pathak Shah and actor Darsheel Safary, both stars of Taare Zameen Par, make their Gujarati film debuts in Kutch Express.

According to the young actor, this is the first time Darsheel has collaborated with Ratna and Manasi “While performing in Kutch Express, I had one of the most gratifying experiences. 

I’ve known Manasi ma’am for years, and we’ve spoken about collaborating on something for a long time. It has now actually happened.”

Ratna earlier stated, “The experience was much beyond my expectations. The group worked extremely well together and was quite competent.

My co-stars from this movie were people I had never worked with before, so I was thrilled by their excitement.”

Dharmendra Gohil, Viraff Patel, Heena Varde, Reeva Racch, Kumkum Das, Margi Desai, and Bhumika Barot are also featured in the movie. 

Schin-Jigar composed the soundtrack for Kutch Express, which was produced by Parthiv Gohil and Manasi Parekh and directed by Viral Shah. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters on 6th January, 2023.
