Ghoomer: Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher Make An Unstoppable Team

The trailer for the sports drama film “Ghoomer” has been released, starring Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher. The trailer showcases an inspiring story of Anina, an aspiring cricket player, who faces a life-altering accident, losing her right hand.

Despite despair, her coach, played by Abhishek Bachchan, helps her regain hope and determination. The trailer portrays her challenging journey to pursue her dreams, with the coach’s unwavering support. The film also stars Angad Bedi and Shabana Azmi in significant roles.

Originally scheduled for August 3, the trailer’s release was postponed as a tribute to late art director Nitin Desai. 

“Ghoomer” is set to have a theatrical release on August 18 and will premiere at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2023. 

Renowned filmmaker R Balki directs the movie, expressing excitement about its potential impact.

Abhishek Bachchan, during the trailer launch, emphasized the significance of a film’s release, stating that every movie holds the potential to shape the future of its cast and crew. 

He highlighted the unique experience of watching a film in a theater and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to provide audiences with a memorable cinematic experience through “Ghoomer.”

Abhishek expressed his joy that his film Ghoomer will be released in theaters on August 18, as it offers a unique and immersive experience that cannot be replicated on OTT platforms.
