Fans are praising ‘Happy Family Conditions Apply’, a family comedy drama series. The series features Ratna Pathak Shah, Raj Babbar, Atul Kulkarni, and Ayesha Jhulka.

The trailer for the upcoming family comedy Happy Family: Conditions Apply is just unveiled. A multigenerational family is shown in the comedy series, complete with all of their eccentricities, warmth, and crazy. The series will make its Amazon Video debut later this month, and the trailer is continuously receiving positive feedback from viewers.

The Dholakias, a joyful family with their own unique quirks, oddities, and idiosyncrasies, were first introduced to us in the trailer.

Along with the patriarch attempting to keep it all together (Atul Kulkarni), his wife (Ayesha Jhulka), and the firecracker grandma (Ratna Pathak Shah), there is also the hazir-jawab grandpa (Raj Babbar).

When the grandson and his wife reveal that they have purchased a new apartment and will soon be leaving the family home, trouble starts to arise. The younger son, who is currently residing in the US, has secretly wed someone there.

The show has received favorable reviews from viewers, who claim that it clears the OTT area of thrillers and dramas by introducing a clean comedy drama.

“I’ve been wanting to watch this for a while. One commenter wrote, “A beautiful family drama that illustrates the generation divide with humor and delight. “Glad to see our own culture portrayed in the Film,” another person wrote.

“Comedy, we feel, works best when it originates from everyday circumstances and real life observations, and Happy Family: Conditions Apply is just that,” said the show’s makers, Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia.

The Dholakias are a loving yet eccentric family that reflects the many eccentricities that can be found in many joint families.

The characters in Happy Family: Conditions Apply represent behaviors and mannerisms that we have seen in members of our family throughout the years. This series is very relatable because of it.

Happy Family: Conditions Apply is produced and directed by Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia under the auspices of Hats Off Productions. Sanah Kapur, Meenal Sahu, Raunaq Kamdar, and Ahaan Saboo are also featured in Apply.

Ratna Pathak Shah is joined in the cast by Raj Babbar, Swati Das, Atul Kumar, Kariuki Margaret Wanjiku, Paresh Ganatra, Pranoti Pradhan, Samar Vermani, and Neha Julka.
